Why should cleaning and sanitising be carried out as two step process?

That's why just going in and fogging alone the entire facility will not achieve desired result and service provided will not be adequate to your requirements. This can also cause all kinds of danger for people entering the premises assuming its is safe when in reality it has not been disinfected thoroughly and may still contain viruses or microorganisms.

What is Fogging?

Fogging involves using extremely small droplets of a disinfectant.

These droplets can settle underneath, on top of and on the sides of many objects and inaccessible areas that may not be reached using conventional cleaning methods.

This also enables the treatment of large areas in a short space of time when required.

Studies show application by aerosol significantly reduces the number of viable infectious pathogens, treating the surface and the air, killing these pathogens.

Disinfection, Cleaning & Fogging Procedure

All facilities we work on receive complete deep clean and disinfection of all touch surfaces, including, desks, door and window handles, computers, keyboards, windows, worktops, seats etc.

Floors and carpets cleaned to a specific hospital grade level, fogging with an effective solutions that are safe to humans but deadly to bacteria and viruses also carried out as part of the process even in areas that cannot be reached under normal circumstances, this way eliminating 99.9999 of contamination (to a log kill 6 level). We only use non-corrosive, water based disinfectants that will not react to any wet cleanable surface.

Most of other solutions available on the market today for disinfection work including hydrogen peroxide can cause severe reactions, oxidation and damage to many surfaces that causes huge financial loss in replacement of equipment within the establishment. Experts say that damage caused and health risk associated by repeated use of such solutions can significantly outweigh the benefits it provides. Or solutions not only disinfects the surface upon contact - it also provides residual* efficacy on all treated surfaces (*subject to the environment and aftercare).

Many facilities have a very limited cleaning regime and very little knowledge if the surface is actually clean, hygienic and disinfected. Efficiency of cleaning regime is far from ideal in many cases and does not get rid of all bacteria, yet alone viruses. ATP testing can show hidden information about the surface hygiene and microbial levels. ATP testing does not provide evidence if the surface is virus free and specific tests should be carried out and sent to the laboratory to acquire such evidence.

Cross contamination is one of the worst things that can happen during cleaning provided by someone who is not aware of such risk. Cleaning several surfaces with any kind of fabric cloth or not sufficient strength chemical (anything below log kill 6 is considered not effective for infection control service) can even raise bacterial levels across the facility by spreading contamination around many other surfaces.

We can, without hesitation, fully recommend HH Floor Care. We had several companies around to look at restoring our floor and having met Aurelijus we literally had all our questions answered. He showed up on time as arranged and carried out the job from beginning to end in the most expert way. Before giving a quote he tested an area to show us what the cleaned stone would look like to ensure we were happy. After cleaning the floor he made sure it was fully dry and ready for sealing - this is without a doubt where his attention to detail shone through - there were a few areas that were still a little damp so rather than just rush the job he came back a few days later to treat that area separately. ( I genuinely believe other companies would have just sealed it without it being ready) we had a quote off one company telling us it would be done and sealed in a day - HH floor care did it properly and it was approx 10 day process from beginning to end! (don't worry most of this was to allow the floor to fully dry before sealing). Some of the grout work needed repairing and again this was all dealt with - we literally didn't have to do a thing. Its not often in life you meet a professional that is so meticulous in their work and its been an absolute pleasure to meet Aurelijus and for him to carry out the work on our flooring. Accidentally spilled a glass of fizzy drink which went over upholstered bed frame and wool carpet. Aurelijus cleaned the upholstery and bedroom carpet and it looks like brand new! He also cleaned the landing and stair carpet for me. Carpets feel plush and fluffy again and beautifully clean. The whole service from beginning to end was excellent. Our limestone floor was cleaned and our stone fireplace was cleaned. The cleaning , sealing and associated work for both was absolutely first class. The results are a floor they looks like new and a fireplace which is beautifully clean. Great job by Aurelijus. Explained the whole process from stripping the wooden floors to sealing them. Hard to recognise them now compared to how bad they looked before. Extremely helpful and nothing too much. Even cleaned the tile floors in the bathrooms that now look like new compared to the previous blackened grout.
